As this a custom order no refunds or replacements are offered.

Whilst full payment upfront is preffered I understand that commissioning art can be a big dent in your budget. Whilst my prices are incredibly low for the industry they are still out of some budgets and therefore I offer the following payment plans:

 

Commissions Under £200

• 50% deposit
• 50% upon completion

Commissions Over £200

• 30% deposit
• 35% payment 1
• 35% payment 2

 

In both cases the finished commission will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

I will work closely with you to select the perfect color palette that matches the mood, ambiance, and emotions you want to evoke in the artwork. This vital step sets the tone for the entire painting.

Feedback & Approval

I will share the concept sketch(es) and color palette with you for feedback and approval. Your input is essential, and I can make up to two major revisions, any revisions on top of that will incur an extra cost.

Digital Painting Process

With the concept approved, I will begin the digital painting process. Using state-of-the-art digital tools and techniques, I will meticulously add layers of color, texture, and depth to the artwork.

Regular Updates

Throughout the creation process, I provide you with regular progress updates, so you can see the digital painting come to life step by step. Your feedback during this phase is highly valued.

Refinements & Details

As the digital painting nears completion, I pay particular attention to details, adding finer elements and intricate touches to enhance the overall impact.

Final Review & Approval

When the digital painting is finished, I will present the final artwork for your review and approval. We want to ensure that every aspect meets your expectations before concluding the project.

Revision (if required)

 I can offer one final round of minor revisions to ensure complete satisfaction with the digital painting. Your happiness with the final artwork is my priority.

Delivery

The finalized high-resolution digital file is securely delivered to you via your preferred method, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience. If you would like a printed copy shipped to you let me know, there will be an additional shipping fee.

Your final design can also be printed onto any of my other products and shipped to you. If this is something you are interested in let me know at any point in the process so I can send yo umockups and give you a quote.
